How do I track my order?
 

When your order is shipped by a supplier, you will be notified via email by the Supplier. The email will include a link the shipping and tracking information for your order, as well as a link to the order itself.

What are your delivery options?
 

Trackable Courier Service within 7 Days of your purchase 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Items can be returned within 14 Days of Purchase in its Original Packing and without any Tags Removed, Only Unworn Items will be accepted as returns .All returns have to be via a Trackable courier 

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out the return form that was included with your shipment and send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. If you no longer have the return form, you may download and print a new one out: click here.

Footwear is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for another size if the size is available. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. If you have questions about availability or a timeframe when certain styles or sizes will be restocked, please email us at sales@beesnee.com.

What is your returns policy?
 

Domestic Shipping

We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order via  Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please notify sales@beesnee.com with your order number.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries through trackable  services. Packages typically take anywhere from 7-10 days to arrive. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please notify sales@beesnee.com and include your order number. Beesnee is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
